Magnet Cup Production Tolerances:
Steel Cup tolerance±0.50mm or according to customers’ print requirements.
Magnet production tolerances ±0.12mm, Magnetic production controlled tolerance: ±0.05mm.
Tight tolerance ±0.02mm achievable. Best tolerance ±0.015mm (achievable by using Magnetic optical inspection machine). New optical inspection machine could be customized at customer request.
Magnet Cup Working Temperatures:
Normally the magnet cups are working at temperature under 80°, if the working temperate are above 80, it will cause loss of magnetism and loss the pulling force. If customer require high temperature magnet cup, yes, we can make it, please check the following magnet grade and working temperatures, the higher temperature, the higher cost on the magnet cup, we supply appropriate working temperature that meet customer requirements.
